Collection of information
When placing an order to obtain services offered by the Ro Space, we ask you for the following personal information:

• Email Address
• personal identification code
If you contact the technical support department, we may ask you for information about your IP address, the operating system used, the types of programs, or other technical details that may assist us in resolving your request.
When you visit our site, we will automatically collect your IP address, time and date of the visit, the type of browser used and the pages you have accessed. This information is only recorded, not processed and not sent to third parties. We may place a cookie that will facilitate your identification as a frequent visitor or customer upon returning to our site.
Confidentiality and security of personal data
Ro space certifies that we respect the rights conferred by Law no. 677/2001 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, of Law no. 365/2002 on electronic commerce, as well as Ordinance no. 130/2000 on consumer protection when concluding and executing distance contracts with subsequent amendments.
All data and information provided by customers and collected by the Ro Space, both at the time of registration on the site and afterwards, are absolutely confidential. This data is necessary and will be used exclusively for the purpose of providing our services (order confirmation, notifications, sending invoices).

In the case of payment by Visa or Mastercard, the data related to your card is entered directly into the processing system approved by Visa or Mastercard and no information about the card reaches us. Any attempt to access the personal data of another user, to modify the content of the sites without having this right or to affect the performance of the servers will be considered as an attempt of fraud and will initiate criminal investigation against those responsible.
Our services are not available to minors (people under the age of 18).
